A 3D Photographer will arrive on time to do the 3D scanning. Make sure property is decluttered, and that no one will be Present at the property during scanning period.
STEP 3:
St. Louis 3D Tours will post-process and upload your 3D Tour after scanning session.
STEP 4:
Receive your URL And Embed links within 24 hours of scanning appointment. All links are sent with an invoice that can be paid with cash, online with a credit card, or through a mailed check.
For REALTORS, we have SUPRA access and a real estate license in order to gain entry to active real estate listings and create 3D Tours.
Scanning is usually performed in about 2-3 hours.
Property must be cleaned and decluttered before scanning appointment.
Results are available online immediately upon finalization.
Model will include interactive virtual walkthrough, dollhouse view, and floorplan view.
